How to Use
- If you have just received your stone, wipe it with a damp cloth or rinse it with water.
- Place the stone in your oven or grill, preheat it with the highest temperature.
- For oven, preheat the stone on the top or bottom rack for 60 minutes;
- For grill, preheat for about 30 minutes. Please be careful not to overheat the stoneto prevent the food from being burnt.(Wet stone may take longer time for preheating. Do not use the convection function while preheating)
- Prepare the pizza or bread (the dough must be evenly floured and dry)and slide it onto the stone with a pizza peel. It is recommended to use parchment baking paper, with the same result but can avoid pollution.
- Bake according to the recommended time in the recipe. Generally,8 - 10 minutes at 500℉ (260℃) for pizza and 20 minutes or more for bread.
Transfer the browned food to a cutting board or a pan. Please do not touch the hot stone directly to prevent burns, use oven mitts if necessary.
